for the purpose of
identification and distinguishing people from one
another when users register
with Colligo and its other information systems.
Name, gender, birth date, postal code
and email address are
a few of the pieces of information that ensure that
users are not anonymous to
us.
Tacteon collects information about transactions, such
invoices and payments from customers who subscribe to
Tacteon services.
Tacteon systems automatically receive and record
information
from user computers and browsers, including IP
addresses, cookie information,
software and hardware attributes, and requested pages.

Editing of User Accounts
UsersŐ ability to edit and delete

preferences.
Users are able to edit demographic information and

security information, such as username and password, in
their user accounts at
any time.
Retirement of User Accounts
Tacteon personnel will have their
user accounts deactivated in
relation to events such as extended leave or dismissal,
for example. Other
user accounts are managed by
Tacteon customers through automated means, such as
automated deactivation for
invalid passwords, or manually: such as when customers
require immediate
deactivation of a user account.
